Ingredients Raspberry Jam
Place a 1/2 c of frozen raspberries, a splash of lemon juice, a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil, and a tablespoon (or two) of chia seeds to a heated pan, and mix all the ingredients together till it’s fully combined. I like to mush the raspberries with everything. Then let the jam cook till it has thickened. (It should only take about 5 minutes or so!).
What to do
Grab a handful of soft dates and cut them in half. Stuff the dates with your favorite nut butter, homemade jam, and chocolate- and enjoy! Store in tight container in the fridge.
