Apple Cider Vinegar Muffins (Most made dessert)


2 cups of almond meal

2 eggs

1 ½-2 tbsp @bragglivefoods apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp of vanilla

½ tsp baking soda

¼ cup of maple syrup

½ tsp of salt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup of fresh blueberries

What to do

Preheat the oven to 350. In the meantime get two bowls out: one for dry ingredients and one for wet. Mix all of your wet ingredients together and all of your dry ingredients together. Then combine the wet and dry ingredients, add the blueberries, and mix again. (Make sure you mix well, so all the flavor is even all around). Lastly, place in muffin holders and bake for 20-25 minutes. Devour nice and warm! With some butter or ghee. Highly recommended.
