I love mine! It cooks food more evenly and gives it the perfect taste! And it’s a toxic free product. I’d suggest a wooden utensil for this pan. I’ve found it to work best for these kind of pans. However, I’m not going to lie- cleaning it has been an adventure. It should always be hand washed. Then I instantly coat it with olive oil and use a rag to whip it off. It seemed to work for me.
