Ingredients - serves 2 One head of cauliflower 2 C of veggie broth or bone broth (the more, the creamier!) 1 TBSP of lime juiced 1-2 TSP pink salt
1/4 TSP garlic
1/4 TSP everyday seasoning
What to do
Bring water to boil in a pan. Then dice up the cauliflower into florets and throw it all in the boiling water till the cauliflower softens. Once the cauliflower has softened, drain it, and throw it in the food processor (along with everything else.) Blend till it’s a creamy soup texture. You can add more broth for less thickness or less broth for more thickness. Warm it up and top it with avocado and cilantro.
