Chocolate Baked Donuts


Ingredients 1 c of almond flour 3 tbsp of coconut flour 1/3 c of raw cacao powder 1 tsp of baking powder 1 tbsp of filtered water 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 3 pasture eggs 1//3 c of maple Pink salt, cinnamon, & vanilla What to do

Preheat the oven to 350. While the ovens preheating, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients- then combine. You can add more maple, depends how sweet you want it. Then add coconut oil to the donut pan, and add the batter evenly. Bake for 13-15 minutes. While the donuts are baking, make your frosting. I used (cacao powder, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla, and maple). Once the donuts are done. Let them cool for 10 minutes, then scoop them around gently with a spatula. Dip the donuts in the frosting and repeat. Then add your toppings. You can either refrigerate the donuts for a couple minutes, so the frosting can harden or enjoy right away ;)
