Chocolate Cinnamin Muffins: (makes 5)
1 C of almond flour;
1.5 TBSP of apple cider vinegar,
1 TBSP of vanilla,
1/4 TSP of baking soda,
2 TBSP of maple,
1 TBSP of coconut or olive oil,
1/4 TSP of pink salt,
1 TSP of cinnamon
1/2 C of chocolate chips, fresh blueberries, or raspberries. .
What to do:
Mix the dry in a separate bowl. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients till its fully combined! You will not want to see any clumps! Then combine both the wet and dry ingredients. At this point, add your chocolate chips. Mix one last time, and then place them in muffin holders and bake on 350 for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before eating.
