Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

These are SO GOOD! These protein bites are only date sweetened, and if you love Larabars- you will love these! It's a great snack to take with you on the go, and it satisfies that sweet tooth. I like to roll the brownie bites in cacao powder after. It makes it taste like a truffle. Okay now, I need to go make some more. :)

Chocolate peanut butter brownie bites (makes 8):⁣ * 10 pitted dates ⁣ * 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil⁣ * 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter ⁣ *1/4 c of cacao powder⁣ * 1/2 c of almond flour ⁣ * 2 tbsp of water⁣ * A pinch of salt ⁣ ⁣ What to do: Place the dates, water, and melted coconut oil in a high speed blender. Pulse one or two times. It won’t be fully blended- that’s okay! Add the peanut butter + cacao powder and blend again. The dough should be more smooth by now. Then add the almond flour and pink salt. Blend one more time. Scoop into balls. Optional: you can dip into cacao powder. Enjoy right away or cover in a container in the fridge.
