Cinnamon Pear Crisp

This is a low sugar dessert. It‘s great for a night in or a group of people. You can add your favorite ice cream, yogurt, or enjoy as is.

Pear Crisp:⁣

3 pears ⁣

1 tbsp of cinnamon ⁣

2 tbsp of coconut oil ⁣

3 tbsp of maple⁣

1/2 c of almond flour ⁣

1/2 c + 1/4 c of oats⁣

1/2 lemon juiced⁣

A pinch of salt ⁣

What to do: Preheat the oven to 350. Wash and dice the pears. Add the coconut oil, lemon juice, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, and pears to a heated pan. Sauté for a good 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile make the toppings. Add the almond flour, oats, and salt. Mix well and then add the maple to a bowl. Mix again. Pour the topping on the top of the pears and bake for 30 minutes or till it’s crispy. Enjoy warm. Top with your favorite ice cream or yogurt.
