Crispy Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast:⁣

2 pasture eggs⁣

1/4 c of oat milk⁣ (sub for any nut milk)

2 tsp of vanilla extract ⁣

1 tsp of cinnamon ⁣

1 tsp of coconut sugar⁣

What to do: Preheat a skillet with light coconut oil or butter on *low*. While the skillet is heating up, mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Grab your bread of choice and dip that into the batter quickly. (Good enough to absorb the batter but not over soak it) place the french toast on the skillet and cook till the bread is golden brown. Then flip to the other side and repeat. It should be a couple minutes on each side. Add melted butter, maple, and cinnamon to top it off. Enjoy warm!
