Preheat the oven to 325. Then blend the dates & the nut butter in a high speed blender. (You may need to scrape down the dates, so it combines evenly) Then you’ll want to add the egg and vanilla. Line a pan with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into 1 tbsp balls, and press it down with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake! Then let it cool for 15 minutes before eating. Keep refrigerated.
