Healthy Shashuska



Shashuska: ⁣

4-5 eggs⁣

1 c of tomato sauce⁣

1/2 c chipotle salsa ⁣

Diced red onions ⁣

Diced tomatoes ⁣

Fresh basil ⁣

Salt + Pepper⁣

What to do: Preheat the oven to 350. In your skillet, sauté your veggies. Once they are golden brown, add the: tomato sauce, salsa, seasonings, herbs, and eggs. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Eat right away and with sourdough bread. You’re welcome.
