Apple Crisp

Ingredients

1 C of oats 1 lemon juiced 1 TBSP maple 1/3 C of coconut oil 2 honey crisp apples Pumpkin Spice

What to do

Sauté the apples with light coconut oil & lemon juice until they are golden brown. In the meantime, mix the oats and pumpkin spice together. Once that is fully combined, add the maple to the oats and mix again. Lastly, add the sautéed apples on top of the pumpkin-spiced oats and mix well. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until it’s crispy! I like to top mine with probiotic yogurt or ice cream. Ice cream suggested. 😊
