Ingredients 1 bag of @osso_good_bones herb infused chicken bone broth 1 c of cooked quinoa 7/8 roma tomatoes A handful of mini carrots Seasoning: pink salt, onion salt, and @freshjax keto veggie seasoning What to do
Preheat the oven to 350. Slice the tomatoes and carrots, and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle the veggies with olive oil and seasoning, and then bake it for 30-45 minutes. Throw everything in the blender (besides the quinoa). Once everything is fully blended, warm the soup up on the stove. This is the point you’ll add the quinoa. While the soup is warming up, sauté the shredded kale in another pan. Throw the kale on top, grab yourself some sourdough bread and enjoy!
