Ingredients 7 C of veggie broth or bone broth 1 yellow or sweet onion 4 large carrots 6 medium sized sweet potatoes 3 cinnamon sticks Salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, and @primalpalate breakfast blend
What to do
Dice the onions, carrots, and sweet potatoes into small slices. Then sauté the onions and carrots till they are a little soft (I cooked it on low for 15 minutes). Once the onions and carrots have softened, add the broth, sweet potato, cinnamon sticks, and seasonings. Bring the soup to a boil, and then let it simmer for 30 mins. Once all the veggies are soft, take the cinnamon sticks out and blend the soup with a high speed blender till you have a puree like texture. Enjoy!
