Preheat the oven to 350. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and bell pepper. Then grab a small dish, pour olive oil, balsamic, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt to a bowl. Mix well. Pour on top of the veggies evenly. Let it bake for 30 minutes. (Or till it’s crispy). Place the veggie broth, @luciniitalia tomato basil sauce, balsamic, baked veggies, and seasoning into a food processor. Blend on high. Once everything is fully blended, bring it to a boil on the stove. Add your shredded cheese. Warm till the cheese has melted! Top with cilantro, avocado, seasoning, or more shredded cheese. Enjoy!
