Trail Mix Fudge

Ingredients

1 C of chocolate chips (cacao powder doesn’t work for this recipe- it has to be chocolate chips) 1/2 C of @betteralmondbutter honey almond butter Optional: 1 TBSP of maple What to do

Melt all the ingredients on the stove till it’s fully melted and creamy. Place some parchment paper over a loaf pan. Then pour the chocolate mixture into the smallest pan you got! The smaller the pan, the better and thicker the fudge will be! (I used half of a loaf pan) You can top it with whatever you’d like. I crumbled some walnuts, raisins, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and salt. Once you add your toppings, place it in the freezer for about an hour. Then take it out, and let it thaw for a couple minutes. Once it has softened, slice the fudge into squares (it should make 9 squares). Store in the freezer. Thaw the chocolate out for a couple minutes each time. #_afreshpurefood
