
Ingredients 1 1/4 C of @elmhurst1925 cashew milk 1/4 C of chia seeds 1 tbsp of @sproutliving vanilla protein powder 1 tsp of cinnamon Topping 3-4 tbsp of coconut oil 2 tbsp of cinnamon 1 green apple
What to do
Add the cashew milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, and 1 tsp cinnamon to a glass container. Place the lid on top and shake for a minute. Then let it refrigerate over night. In the morning, sauté the 3 tbsp coconut oil, 1 diced green apple, and 2 TBSP of cinnamon in a heated pan. Let it simmer on low for 10 minutes. (You’ll want to mix frequently). Then throw the apple and the left over warm coconut oil and cinnamon on top. You must drizzle the warm cinnamon and coconut oil on top, too. And there you have it, you're done!
