Vegan, Raw, Chocolate Donuts


Ingredients Base 1 C of oat flour 1 C of coconut flour 1/4 C of raw cacao 2 TBSP of @bobsredmill carob powder Pink salt 1 C of dates 1/4 C of coconut oil 1/4 C of maple (this will allow it to stick) 1 TSP of vanilla extract Coconut milk for texture . Frosting 1/4 C of coconut oil 1/4 C of almond butter 1 TSP of vanilla 1/4 C of cacao powder Maple if desired 🍁 . (I used 1 TBSP) What to do

For the base, blend all the ingredients in a blender till it’s completely mixed. Then add the canned coconut milk to the base ingredients. Try adding a little at a time. (You won’t have to add a lot of coconut milk, maybe 2-3 TBSP). Then lightly oil a donut pan with coconut oil, and press down the dough in the pan. Freeze till the dough is completely frozen. In the meantime, make the frosting. Once the base is frozen, take it out of the freezer. I took the donuts out with a knife. Whatever you use, scoop the donut out of the pan, and dip it in the chocolate frosting. Add your toppings right away! The chocolate will harden after a couple minutes! I added pink salt and nuts. DONE 👏🏻
