Wellness Drink



If you need a boost, want something warm, or don’t feel good- I got you! I made my apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger drink!! For those who try to stay away from caffeine- this may be your new go to!

Ingredients 2.5 C of filter water 1/4-1/2 TSP of ACV 1/2 TSP of ginger powder A splash of lemon juice Then throw a lemon or orange slice in there!

What to do

Heat up the water in a tea kettle, then add all the ingredients to a cup. You can stir it with a spoon or you can use a frother to mix everything up! Sip & Enjoy!
