Ingredients 1 bag of chicken bone broth, 3 c of vegetable broth, 3 big carrots, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tomato, 3 potatoes, 2 cans of white beans, Handful of cilantro, 1/2 lemon juice Seasoning: salt, pepper, ginger, & turmeric powder What to do
Heat up an oiled pan on medium low, and then set that aside. While the pan is heating up, dice all the veggies and then throw them on the pan. Once the veggies have softened a bit, add your vegetable broth, bone broth, and seasoning. Cook the soup on low for a good 45 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the beans and cilantro. I highly recommended dipping with bread. Enjoy!
